The conveying is stable, and there is no relative movement between the material and the conveyor belt, which can avoid damage to the conveyed material.

Compared with other belt conveyors, the noise is smaller, and it is suitable for occasions where the working environment is relatively quiet.

Wide range of conveying materials. The range of conveyed materials can range from very fine various powders to large pieces of ore, stone, coal or pulp wood, conveying finely screened or brittle materials with minimal drop. Due to the high corrosion resistance of rubber conveyor belts, the maintenance cost is relatively low when conveying strong corrosive or strong abrasive materials. The belt conveyor can also transport alkaline materials and hot materials with a certain temperature, and can also transport finished items.

Wide range of conveying capacity. The conveying capacity of the belt conveyor can meet any required conveying tasks, not only the light-duty belt conveyor can complete the conveying task with a small conveying volume, but also the large-scale belt conveyor can realize the conveying task of thousands of tons or even tens of thousands of tons per hour.

The adaptability of the transmission line is strong. The belt conveyor can adapt to the terrain with a slope of 30%~35%, while for truck transportation, it can only adapt to the slope of the original natural area with a slope of 6%~8%. Conveyor lines can adapt to the terrain, bend in space and level to reduce capital investment, and avoid the interference of railways, roads, rivers and mountains in factories or other congested areas. The transport line of the belt conveyor is very flexible, and the line length can be extended as needed.
