Cross-Belt Sorting Equipment MHS ASRS Conveyor Sorting Systems

The annular ring of the cross-belt sorter is composed of a rail device equipped with a linear motor and a trolley (referred to as "trolley") equipped with a small belt conveyor. The linear motor drives the trolley group to complete the main line cyclic rotation. The package supply of the cross-belt sorter is divided into manual package supply and automatic package supply. The automatic package supply is completed by the package supply belt conveyor driven by the servo motor.

The sorting action of the cross-belt sorter is completed by the "trolley". When the "trolley" moves to the specified sorting position, the belt is rotated to complete the task of sorting and sending out the goods. Because the main drive of the linear motor and the belt conveyor on the "trolley" are crossed, it is called a cross-belt sorter. Because it is not affected by the weight, size and friction coefficient of the item, it improves the range of handling items, expands the loading channel, accelerates the unpacking speed, shortens the entry distance, flexibly designs the width of the grid opening, and realizes accurate and stable operation processing.
